Responsibilities

  • Course content (videos, podcasts, multiple choice, articles) that each tenant fills dynamically, served by clearly bounded services.
  • Learning progress tracking including automatic certificate generation.
  • Expert and community forums for exchange between participants and specialists.
  • Full-stack development across all platform modules within an agile Scrum team — from course management to the certificate engine, in frontend and backend alike.
  • Scalable backend services (NestJS, GraphQL) with clearly bounded domains in a microservice architecture.
  • The learning platform's frontend in Angular (Angular Material, NgRx), delivered through Azure DevOps pipelines.

Outcome

  • A scalable microservice platform running in production at well-known corporations (VW, ThyssenKrupp and others).
  • Tenant-specific course content: every corporation runs its own training on the same platform.
  • Certificates are issued without manual rework, and learning progress can be evaluated per tenant.
  • Close, cross-functional collaboration with product and design over two and a half years — from the first build-out to production use at several major clients.
